Robert Burns BallroomRobert Burns Ballroom
The Robert Burns Ballroom is the largest Conference and Meeting Room in the Hotel. It can be split into four main segments, with an additional split available within Section D. The room is ideal for large balls or conferences with the additional benefit of an indoor foyer and if necessary French Doors, opening out onto a large paved terrace. The Suite is also fully equipped with Air Conditioning.

AtriumAtrium
A unique and expansive architectural space of the striking Atrium can host up to 1000 delegates and provides the perfect setting for gala dinners or themed events.


Robert Louis Stevenson
The Robert Louis Stevenson Suite is the second largest conference room in the hotel, second only to the Robert Burns Ballroom. It can be split into two segments where both segments have French Doors leading out onto a large paved terrace. This suite is filled with natural light, giving it a spacious, open feel, ideal for keeping delegates focused before they pause for lunch or a coffee break. The Suite is also fully equipped with Air Conditioning.

James Graham
The James Graham Suite can be split into two segments, depending on the demands of the conference and how many delegates are attending. Both segments are flooded with natural light and have French Doors, leading out onto a large paved terrace. This gives the Suite an open, aired feel. This Suite is the same size as the William Dunbar Suite. The Suite is also fully equipped with Air Conditioning.

William Dunbar
The William Dunbar Suite is a conference room that can be split into two segments, depending on how many delegates are attending the conference. Both segments have plenty of natural light and French Doors that lead out onto a large paved terrace, which can be used when weather is fine. The Suite is also fully equipped with Air Conditioning.

Robert Aytoun
The Robert Aytoun Suite is a modest sized meeting room, ideal for a private function. It has plenty of natural daylight, giving an impression of open space. There are French Doors in place, leading out onto a large paved terrace for when weather is fine. This suite is the same size as the Mary McLeod Suite. The Suite is also fully equipped with Air Conditioning.

Mary McLeod
The Mary McLeod Suite is a conference room ideal for a close meeting with small numbers of delegates attending. It has plenty of natural light, giving the suite an open atmosphere. The suite is also equipped with French Doors, which lead out onto a large paved terrace available for use when weather is fine. This Suite is the same size as the Robert Aytoun Suite. The Suite is also fully equipped with Air Conditioning.

Duncan MacIntyre
Duncan MacIntyre is a medium sized conference room, with plenty of daylight, giving the room an open, spacious feel. When weather is fine, the Duncan MacIntyre can open French Doors onto a large, paved terrace. When the weather is more typical of St. Andrews, the Doors act as a welcome barrier from the wind, rain and cold. The Suite is also fully equipped with Air Conditioning.

Edwin Muir
Edwin Muir is the smallest conference room in the hotel and provides the perfect destination for an intimate conference of modest size. It has plenty of natural light and French Doors leading out onto a large paved terrace. The Suite is also fully equipped with Air Conditioning.

John Barbour Auditorium
The John Barbour Auditorium can be used for all forms of meetings & conferences. It has 106 seats with space for four wheelchairs. There is capability for both front and rear projection with Dolby surround sound. An Inductive Loop for the hard of hearing has been fitted and a high volume, low pressure air conditioning unit is in place to reduce noise from the system.
