Constitution Ballroom (I and II)
The largest function room at Fairmont Battery Wharf, the Constitution Ballroom, which may be divided in half, features 1,800 square feet of meeting space and sumptuous and contemporary furnishings inspired by the hotel's waterfront location. The room has eight modern, custom-made, Brand Van Egmond silver and Swarovski crystal light fixtures and can be divided into two separate spaces. The room is equipped with 2 ceiling LCD projectors, 2 drop down screens, 2 IP cameras, JBL sound system, wireless access, connectivity to all other meeting rooms and fibre lining.

Old North Board Room /Old North Skylight Room
The Old North Boardroom and Old North Skylight Room are adjacent to one another and may be used as one function area or can be utilized separately. The Old North Board Room features a stylish board room table surrounded by stunning red ergonomically designed chairs and the Old North Skylight Room is a glass enclosed area ideal for pre event or break out space featuring natural light from the expansive domed skylight and Nikolas Weinstein glass art installation.

Copp’s Hill Boardroom
This richly designed board room may accommodate up to 12 guests for an intimate corporate meeting.

Captain William Sturgis (I and II)
Overlooking the lush landscaping of Fairmont Battery Wharf, the Captain William Sturgis Room may accommodation a meeting of up to 70 or a reception for 100. With its close proximity to three break-out conference rooms, it is an ideal location for a general session

Donald McKay/Josiah Fox/Joshua Humphries Rooms
These rooms, which each accommodate from 25-30 guests, are ideal spaces for breakout sessions. Each of these conference rooms features natural light.
