The Fairmont Copley Plaza features both extravagant and intimate settings. The hotel's palatial Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 1,100 delegates, while the newly restored St. James Room is ideal for a smaller meeting. State-of-the-art technology is featured in all of the Fairmont Copley Plaza's meeting rooms and comprehensive business services are also available. Meeting Rooms
We have 22,801 square feet of total meeting and function space including a 5,720 square foot Grand Ballroom. The hotel features 13 meeting rooms that can accommodate from 10 to 1,100 delegates. The Fairmont Copley Plaza's recent $34 million renovation and restoration has resulted in enhanced meeting space on the Lower Lobby Level and the addition of the St. James Room, a warm, intimate meeting venue. For a more palatial setting, The Grand Ballroom features gilded columns, crystal chandeliers and a 28-foot ceiling. All meeting rooms feature Ethernet and wireless Internet access, which is also available in public areas, such as the lobby and lounge.

Business Services
The Fairmont Copley Plaza Concierge Desk delivers a wide range of services including computer, fax, courier, and laser printing. The hotel offers self-service business kiosks located off the Main Lobby. Swank Audio Visuals, the hotel's audio-visual supplier, is based on-site for added convenience. In addition, FedEx/Kinko's is located adjacent to the hotel.
