The facility is comprised of two distinct areas (Gulf and Palm) and is joined together by The Summit, a five star dining destination for guests to enjoy award winning cuisine. This venue is highlighted by high arched ceilings that allows for natural light to flood the space for daytime lunches and transform in the evening for candlelit receptions.

Gulf Collection
The Gulf collection features eight unique destinations, including the Gulf Auditorium, the largest venue boasting 154 square metres to Gulf Seven, an intimate space at 21 square metres.

Gulf Auditorium (154 square metres approx)
The auditorium, the largest venue on The 33rd, offers an abundance of natural light and spectacular views of the city skyline with panoramic windows running the length of the room. This location features the latest technological facilities, including wireless internet access and a range of flexible layouts that can be tailored to meet your requirements. A multifunctional space, the Gulf Auditorium can also be transformed from a meeting destination accommodating 150 people theatre style for a product launch to 120 seated people for an exquisite themed gala dinner.

Gulf One (77 square metres approx)
A venue befitting the more intimate event from small corporate meetings, business luncheons to cocktail receptions, Gulf One features unrivalled views of the Jumeirah waterfront as far as the World Islands during the day. This space also includes a private lounge area, mini pantry and executive boardroom table that can accommodate up to 14 people.

Gulf Two (25 square metres approx)
Gulf Two is flooded with natural daylight with panoramic windows offering city views of Sheikh Zayed Road and the World Trade Centre. This space can accommodate up to 11 guests boardroom style. Gulf Six (23 square metres approx)
The most intimate venue in the collection, Gulf Six is ideal for breakout sessions, small corporate seminars and brainstorming sessions with an executive boardroom table that can accommodate up to five people.

Gulf Seven (21 square metres approx)
Gulf Seven can be set up as a conference room, or used for break out sessions for up to 12 guests.

Palm Collection
The Palm collection is highlighted by ten unique function rooms, all with built in LCD screens, including Palm Six, one of the most sought after spaces in the city to Palm Eight, an exclusive location ideal for executive board meetings.

Palm One (68 square metres approx)
A versatile space suited for boardroom meetings for 14 people during the day and intimate dinners for up to 30 people in the evening.
