Churchill BoardroomChurchill Boardroom
This beautifully decorated room features 16 leather chairs and a large oak boardroom table. Full of natural light and with a foyer off the main entrance for breakfast and lunches, The Churchill Boardroom provides an exclusive atmosphere for an executive meeting and high-speed Internet access capability and can be equipped with LCD projector screens, television, VCR, DVD, and speakerphone. The Churchill Boardroom is located on the Fairmont Gold Floor and is used by Fairmont Gold members. The first two hours are free; however, if the client decides to stay longer they will be charged a room rental fee.

Gazebo Room
This oval-shaped room has large windows that overlook beautiful Hamilton Harbor. A very popular room that is regularly booked for meetings, it includes features such as audio-visual equipment, high-speed Internet access, phone lines, and power points. Curtains and sheers close off the natural sunlight if needed.

Princess Rooms
The Princess Rooms can be divided into three separate rooms by air walls. These newly renovated rooms are known as The Princess Louise Room, The Princess Victoria Room, and The Princess Katherine Room. All of the rooms have foyers that can be closed off in order for staff to set up coffee breaks, breakfasts, and lunches without disturbing the meetings, and the rooms can also be used all together as one large ballroom by just removing the air walls. All of the rooms have high-speed Internet access capability, as well as easy access to the outdoor Regency Terrace.

Twain Boardroom
The Twain Boardroom is named after Mark Twain who frequented The Fairmont Hamilton Princess in the late 1800's and this room is one of our most popular meeting rooms. It is located just outside of the Fairmont Gold entrance on the 2nd floor. This room can be set up for 24 people boardroom style with black leather chairs. If audio-visual is being used then a maximum of 22 people can be seated. Breakfast and lunches can be set up in the room as well. Clients in the room can adjust the room temperature and lights, and the screen can be lowered from the ceiling. Power is located under the boardroom table along with phone lines and high-speed Internet access. There is plenty of natural sunlight, with three windows that open for fresh air if needed. The windows have sheers and curtains if needed to block out the natural sunlight. This room has a permanent whiteboard on the wall.

Regency TerraceRegency Terrace
This large private terrace is perched right on the edge of the Harbor. Popular for outdoor cocktail receptions, dinners and traditional Bermudian Garden wedding parties. Hamilton Harbor provides a spectacular backdrop.

Princess Patio
A spacious outdoor terrace overlooking Hamilton Harbor. This elegant area is bordered with our Japanese Gardens and Koi pond featuring a rustic arched bridge, a favorite for over 30 years.

Flagpole Terrace
This is an excellent outside area for a wedding ceremony or a cocktail reception. Set majestically on the Harbor your guests can enjoy a beautiful sunset view across the harbor, the terrace features a traditional Bermuda Moongate.

Harbor Suite Terrace
Our largest and most luxurious suite has an outdoor terrace which overlooks our fresh water pool and harbor while providing a sophisticated and intimate area for a reception and dinner.

Harbourview BallroomHarbourview Ballroom
This large ballroom overlooks Hamilton Harbor and can accommodate cocktails, dinner and dancing.
