Our wedding sites are available for your wedding ceremony any day of the week, any time of the day. Our sites are booked on a first-come first-serve basis. To check availability, please call one of our Wedding Service Managers with your anticipated wedding date.
Tropical Gazebo
Our Tropical Gazebo is located at the foot of our three-tiered Royal Fountain Terrace. It is a semi-private and secluded area, with fresh Hawaiian flowers. The gazebo does not have an ocean view; however, oceanfront photographs can be taken on the beach following your wedding ceremony. The Tropical Gazebo can accommodate approximately 75 guests seated or 100 guests standing.
Pacific Terrace
The Pacific Terrace overlooks the beach and Pacific Ocean. This location offers a truly beautiful Hawaiian setting, with the islands of Lanai, Molokini, and Kahoolawe in the background. The Pacific Terrace is ideal for beautiful sunset ceremonies. Photographs can be taken on the beach following your wedding ceremony. The Pacific Terrace can accommodate a maximum of 35 guests seated, depending on the size of your bridal party.
Just in case there is rain on your special day...
Wailea is located on the south side of the island and averages approximately six inches of rain annually. In the unlikely event that it rains on your special day, your wedding may be relocated to the 4th- or 6th-floor Alcove.
4th- and 6th-Floor Alcoves
Our 4th- and 6th-floor alcoves provide breathtaking ocean views with large, arched, open-air breezeways that allow you to capture the outdoor beauty even when indoors. The Alcoves can accommodate a maximum of 50 guests seated.
