Working directly with our dedicated Conference Services Manager was a top notch experience. Her attention to detail and response time were unparalleled and she always went the extra mile to ensure that we were well taken care of and all of our needs were met. The banquet staff was also amazing. Every detail was absolutely perfect and they were always available to meet all of our needs.
When we decide where to book our conferences, the level of service always plays an important role in our decision. I had an outstanding experience and hope to return to the Fairmont Kea Lani for another conference very soon.

Our experience and stay at The Fairmont Kea Lani was fantastic. Catering Manager Polly Xiong's friendly and courteous personality made the planning process effortless.A few hours before the start of our event,Polly informed me the entertainment had arrived and was requesting a sound check, but the sound company was not there.In my panic and approval,she took immediate action for another sound technician to service our event.
The members of 300+ were treated to a beautifully displayed, well-maintained and delicious luncheon buffet. The Banquet Captain and his wait staff were extremely courteous and attentive to the flow of the afternoon. The beautiful property along with the friendly and capable staff, are what will make us want to again return.

I commend your entire team starting with the way we were greeted by Nacho (doorman) from day 1. He was always very friendly, extremely attentive and always met our sense of urgency. Jennifer, also at the Bell desk was fabulous and very friendly and polite. In fact your entire team at the front of the house was extraordinary. (I wish I could remember all their names).

And then there is Curtis Young. Curtis never missed a beat and always with a smile. He continued to go above and beyond, always making sure we were well taken care of and that the client was happy. Roch from your banquet department was also always accommodating and very hands on with all the requests.
