The Amphitheater
The Fairmont Orchid hotel offers the only indoor amphitheater on the Big Island of Hawaii. The Amphitheater features a 160 fixed theater seats (each with its own flip-over table and beverage holder), a stage, and podium. Our in-house audio-visual services will assure a picture-perfect presentation. Located on the Garden Level.

The Boardroom
Intimate meetings find inspiration in The Boardroom, conveniently located on the Lobby Level. At the center of this private room, a native koa wood table makes a handsome presence and can seat up to 16 people around its beautifully sculpted edges. Lighting can be controlled easily with in-room control panels.

Coconut Grove
Up to 800 people can be accommodated on this sandy stretch of beach. It is the only beachfront function area in the state of Hawaii where alcohol can be served legally.

The Grande Ballroom
Our most elegant and spacious indoor function area is also our most flexible. Approximately 14,000 square feet, The Grande Ballroom is located on the Lobby Level, has its own entrance, and can accommodate a large reception for 1278 people, or be divided into three smaller salon ballrooms. An abundance of crystal chandeliers provides an elegant atmosphere, while lighting control panels allow for precise illumination. Outside, the Ballrooom Courtyard, with its beautiful fountain and open roof, beckons attendees to revel in sunshine and trade wind breezes by day and unsurpassed stargazing at night.
