Discover the art and culture of the Charlevoix region. The ballroom will be transformed into a marketplace from long ago where craftsmen, artists, and entertainers all gather for a feast in your honor. Let your guests be enchanted by the sights, scents, and flavors of the Charlevoix region.
Cooking Workshops
Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu's Executive Chef Jean-Michel Breton has created menus for many dignitaries and heads of state, and now you can share his experience and knowledge at a fun cooking workshop. Chef Breton will even provide guests with some of his finest recipes once dinner has been served.
Harry Potter
This magical dinner will transport you into the enchanting world of boy wizard Harry Potter. Among cast-iron chandeliers, stone walls, and huge storybooks, guests can enjoy a buffet presentation, private palm reading, a movie screening, and much more.
BBQ
A breathtaking barbecue buffet at our "Manor on the Cliff." The BBQ features stations serving salads, salmon, chicken, grilled steaks, patés, and desserts, and, once the sun goes down, guests can enjoy marshmallows and smores by the campfire. Entertainment from a well-known folk group can also be arranged.
