HELLO SUMMER! All-American Poolside BBQ at Fairmont Miramar Hotel
Sunscreen, board shorts, beach volleyball, and roller blading, can only mean one thing. Summer is coming! To celebrate the Summer Solstice, The talented chefs at Fairmont Miramar Hotel have created a tasty poolside BBQ menu for guests to enjoy every Friday night throughout summer, beginning June 22nd.
The All-American Poolside BBQ consists of all the familiar fixings including home-style potato salad with fresh herbs, heirloom tomato salad with bocconcini, Miramar coleslaw with poppy seeds, roasted corn-on-the-cob and vegetable kebobs. Chefs manning the BBQ grill will be cooking everything from chicken breasts to hot dogs to burgers, and of course, baby back ribs. Desserts include mini fruit florentine, mini chocolate tartlets, mini lemon tartlets and fresh fruit salad with passion fruit-cardamom syrup.
The All-American Poolside BBQ is available from 4:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m., and is $30. plus tax and gratuity for adults, and $15. plus tax and gratuity for children between the ages of six and 12 (children under the age of six are complimentary).
