Discover Bermuda Pre-Arranged Transportation
Arrival Procedure
Upon clearing immigration, baggage claim and Bermuda International Customs; guests proceed to the Pre-Arranged Transportation area, where they will be greeted and escorted to their awaiting vehicles. They start to Discover Bermuda with a narrated ride along the scenic winding coastal roads to the Fairmont Southampton.
Departure Procedure
On departure day, transportation will depart on a pre-determined schedule, based on your manifest. Guests are to proceed to the Group Transportation Desk, where departure coordinators and bellmen will assist them with identifying luggage and boarding vehicles.

The above pricing is available on main arrival and departure dates only. Pricing is based on vehicle arriving at airport 15 minutes prior to scheduled flight arrival time and arriving at The Fairmont Southampton 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
** Driver will wait until 30 minutes after the flight arrival for no extra charge. After 30 minutes a BMD 80.00/hour wait time charge will be applied.

Vip Transfers
Mercedes vans with personalized signs. Mercedes are BMD 120.00 per van one way. VIP vans to have water, fruit and granola bar in coolers. BMD 8.00 per person private jet catering is available from the resort, please ask your Conference Service Manager for more information.

Discover Bermuda can prepare personalized Departure Notices for your group showing all fight departures and time of departure from the resort.
Hotel Shuttles On Property
The hotel offers COMPLIMENTARY on property shuttles that operate daily from 7:30 am to 12:00 midnight. Departing from the hotel's front entrance. These blue trolleys provide continuous transportation to and from the beach, hotel dock, Whaler Inn Restaurant and Waterlot Inn Restaurant. Service to the Bacci Restaurant and the hotel Golf Center is available on request. These shuttles are not licensed to go off hotel property.
Hotel Ferry
The hotel offers daily service to and from our sister property, the Fairmont Hamilton Princess. Guests may take the hotel shuttle to our Waterlot dock and board the motor yacht Defiance for a 25-minute journey while enjoying the picturesque beauty of Bermuda's coastline and Hamilton Harbour. Provided COMPLIMENTARY to all hotel guests. Ferries operate weather permitting and schedules are subject to change. Charter vessels are available if you want exclusive ferry service.
Scooter Rentals
Motor scooter rentals are available at Smatt's Cycles located on property, behind the hotel. Operating hours are daily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Rentals may be charged directly to a room folio or a master account. All major credit cards are accepted. No license is required, however all renters must be a minimum of 16 years old. Helmets are mandatory and complimentary with the cycle rentals. www.smattscyclelivery.com
Public Transportation
Car rental is not available for residents or visitors to the island. However, visitors have several transportation options. Bermuda's distinctive pink buses cover the island from end to end and are available on the South Shore and Middle Road entrances to the hotel. Buses depart frequently, enabling guests to reach every part of the Island. Some routes, such as Hamilton, operate as late as 12:00 midnight. Public Ferries also travel a variety of routes originating from Hamilton's Front Street Ferry Terminal, offering a wonderful new perspective of the island fares range from one token (BMD 2.50 per token) per person to Hamilton up to two tokens (BMD 5.00) per person to either Dockyard or St. George's, the two farthest points of the island. Full day bus passes are available at BMD 11.00 per person. All tokens, passes and schedules are available from the Concierge and Front Desk.
