Meetings
More than 4,500 square meters of banqueting space and innovative themed coffee breaks, breakfast packages, lunch buffets, and cocktail reception tidbits are particularly designed to ensure an air of unrivalled luxury in unforgettable settings with emphasis on culinary magic and personalized service.
Mezzanine Level
Three function rooms are located on the mezzanine level: Amber, Turquoise, and Onyx (which is a fully equipped smart room). Amber, Turquoise and Onyx rooms are 130 square meters each and can each accommodate 120 guests seated in a reception style, 110 guests theater style, 72 delegates in classroom seating, 72 on round tables and 31 in a U-shape design.
The business center, also on the mezzanine level, has its own pantry and two boardrooms.
Lower Mezzanine Level
The level has two meeting rooms: Granite is 100 square meters and can accommodate 110 guests seated in a reception style, 80 guests theater style, 60 delegates in classroom seating, 60 on round tables and 20 in a U-shape design.
Also on the lower mezzanine is the eye-shaped Canyon - our main ballroom. From the ceiling, coral-shaped light rods shed a variety of colors on the floors, and scattered LED lights twinkle like stars. The Canyon has a built-in stage, with a separate entrance for entertainers, and a special lift that goes down directly from the rooms to the stage. At 1800 square meters, the Canyon is ideal for big events, accommodating up to 2250 reception guests, 1600 guests theater style, 1200 delegates in classroom seating, and 1400 on round tables. Using a fabric partition, the Canyon ballroom can be divided into four sections, allowing it to be customized for smaller gatherings.
The lower mezzanine level is also equipped with a freight elevator that can accommodate a passenger car, which makes it an ideal venue for car launches.

Technology and Services
Fairmont Towers, Heliopolis Business Center offers a range of business services, including binding, copying, faxing, and printing. The Center also features computers for guest use and offers office supplies. Ethernet is featured in all meeting rooms, and wireless Internet access is available in public areas such as lobbies and lounges.
