Vancouver hosts many successful sports teams including ice hockey team Vancouver Canucks, baseball's Vancouver Canadians, and football's British Columbia Lions.
Cycling
Vancouver features trails in 16 regional parks, including the popular ten-kilometer Seawall route along Stanley Park's shore and the 17-kilometer route along the Spanish Banks. Bicycles and rollerblades can be found in rental shops in downtown Vancouver.
Golf
Vancouver's mountain views, rolling green spaces, and fresh sea air are perfect for golf. There is a selection of excellent courses within a 20- to 60-minute drive from the hotel. The Concierge can assist with tee off times.
Skiing
There are three skiing areas near The Fairmont Vancouver Airport:
Open during the winter season, December through April.
Fishing
Fishing and charter boat rentals are not far from the hotel. The Concierge would be happy to assist you with arrangements.
