The Fairmont Waterfront is located across the street from the harbour, and connected to the Vancouver Convention Center. The hotel offers a prime central downtown location within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and attractions.

The Fairmont Waterfront features 489 spacious and elegant guest rooms and suites. Three hundred of the rooms and suites overlook the harbor, with the others offer scenic city skyline and garden views. Twelve rooms have been designed for accessibility for guests with special needs.

The Fairmont Waterfront features Herons Restaurant with sumptuous buffets and a la carte menus, and Herons Lounge, a trendy bar perfect for a post-meeting drink. 24 hour in-room dining is also available.
