Backyard Barbecue
Nothing beats the taste of ‘straight off the grill’! This fun-filled barbecue located on either our rooftop Woodlands Terrace or at a local lakeside park, showcases summer games, live entertainment and serves up the freshest food local farmers have to offer.

Bungee Bridge Party
Located 15 minutes south of The Fairmont Chateau Whistler, the unusual Bungee Bridge location allows the opportunity to infuse fun into a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience. The bridge, suspended over the Cheakamus Canyon and River, is transformed into a 300 foot long lounge. Guests may choose to bungee jump or simply dance to lively, local entertainment.

British Columbia Wine and Food Fest
A locally inspired dining experience for food lovers - gourmet food stations, using fresh, local produce are paired with local wine and beer from British Columbia.

Fire and Ice

Photo Scavenger Hunt - Teams start by learning some basic photography tips and then are sent to Whistler Village on a fun and engaging photo challenge. Guests compete for best team photo, best scenic image, funniest photo and more.

Culinary Showdown - After careful and thorough instruction from our Executive Chef, each team cooks a meal for the group to sample. May the best team win!

Pair like a Pro - Learn to pair food and wine like a Fairmont professional. Our sommelier will explain the characteristics of different wines and how food items from the main tasting categories of salty, sweet, bitter, and acidic, affect the nature of wine.

Golf Challenge - Suitable for all skills levels from novice to expert golfers, guests will play nine golf holes, each with individual challenges. Awards will be celebrated at a delicious barbeque meal at the Golf Clubhouse.
