From a grand ballroom to a formal boardroom, we comfortably accommodate from 10 to 1000 people. Following are brief descriptions of five of the 16 optional meeting and events rooms. Please contact the hotel for details on all meeting rooms.
Winnipeg Ballroom
On the mezzanine level is the 9295-square-foot Winnipeg Ballroom. With its 14-foot ceiling, dark wood pillars and trim symmetrically dividing the walls of the rectangular room, the ballroom is spacious, but never feels sparse.
Gracing a single, large, unobtrusive chandelier in the center of the room are three on either end of the room. Pull-out pocket "walls" are available to divide the room into two or three separate areas depending on clients' needs.
Wellington Ballroom
At the center of the Wellington Ballroom's 3052-square-foot area is a 400-square-foot black marble dance floor situated directly below a single magnificent chandelier.
Additional lighting includes sconces, pot, and spotlights, all of which share a dimmer system, yet may be operated individually. Numerous strategically placed outlets accommodate additional A / V requirements.
Muted green and gold wall tones accented with walnut wood trim and oversized baseboards contribute to the overall elegant feel of the room.
Oxford Room
The Oxford is the perfect boardroom away from the office! Located on the mezzanine level, this 408-square-foot room features a boardroom table with seating for ten, a credenza, and whiteboard.
York Room
The elegant wood trim and wainscoting set off the light, gold tones of the walls of the York Room. The room's 720 square feet readily accommodate smaller receptions of up to 80 people. Wall sconce and pot lighting may be adjusted to help create just the right atmosphere.
Harrow / Essex / Canterbury Room(s)
Similar to the York Room in terms of colours, rich wood trim, and lighting, the benefits of the Harrow, Essex, and Canterbury rooms are that depending on your needs, these rooms may be opened to function as one large meeting space to comfortably accommodate 80 people, or may be divided into two or three separate meeting spaces.
