Fairmont Zimbali Resort's range of appetizing dining options-from light to full-course meals, local elicacies to ethnic themed dishes-will satisfy every palate.
- The Coral Tree: The Coral Tree is an All-day dining restaurant which will offer guests breakfast and dinner buffets and an ala carte lunch dining option with the ability to switch to a buffet in the high season. This will include live cooking stations, a wood fire pizza oven and open kitchen for the viewing pleasure of guests. The style and theme of the restaurant will have the feeling and location of a signature restaurant while providing the essential dining experience of an all day dining restaurant.
- Dalchini: Dalchini will function as the main lobby lounge during daylight hours. Offering a tea and coffee style atmosphere Afternoon will be served in the early afternoon. Our lobby lounge offers specialty teas and coffees, including strong African roasts and Fairmont teas.
- 31 Degrees: 31 Degrees is The Fairmont Zimbali Resort Lobby Bar area. This will be the place to come and enjoy a drink in the early evening and relax. A focus on the classics with a twist 31 Degrees will specialize in up market trendy cocktails while offering light fare options.
- Delicacy: Delicacy is an IFA inspired concept found in Dubai but will have its first opening at The Fairmont Zimbali Resort. Delicacy is unique in its concept as while it is in the confines of the resort it exists on the outer edges as a separate entity providing full unfettered access to any resident or guest who would like to enjoy a café / deli style experience. The greater Zimbali coastal resort does not have any retail or food stores making this facility unique. Delicacy will be brand with its own unique logos. Delicacy will provide a casual café / Deli environment from which guests can drive up to and purchase a few small items for their homes or enjoy a quick meal and an excellent cup of espresso coffee with outdoor seating looking out to the ocean without needing to enter the resort property.
- Bite: Bite is the main pool bar & grill. Discreetly located at the end of the main pool between the ocean and the hotel Bite gives the feel of an independent bar & grill offering a simple selection of gourmet burgers & Asian inspired salads provide food & beverage for the pool deck areas.
- OSA: OSA will be one of the restaurants to visit in all of South Africa and by far the best found in Kwa-Zulu Natal. The design, location, views, ambience, service and most importantly food and wine offerings will make this restaurant a destination and place to be seen.
- Vinum: Vinum will be the premier wine bar in OSA, The Fairmont Zimbali and the only one in Kwa-Zulu Natal. Featuring a comprehensive selection of South Africa wines the design elements of this bar alongside a live DJ will make this bar second to none. Accompanying this will be Tapa style dishes prior to moving into OSA for dinner.
- Ayoba: Ma Khaza is the main outlet at the Beach Club situated between the resort and Fairmont Heritage place is offers the luxury amenities of the resort down by the beach and away from the rest of the resort. Ma Khaza is accompanied alongside, Ayoba, Fairmont Heritage Place Lounge and The Resident's Lounge.
- Ma khaza: Ayoba is the beach club poolside bar, offering a stylish sunken bar for guests to sit on all sides with a full view of the pool deck area and glimpse of the ocean over the tops of the trees.
